Client Agreement
This Client Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between AliciaJetSet (Travel Advisor) and the Client for the purpose of planning and booking travel arrangements. By engaging our services, Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided

AliciaJetSet will research, plan, and book travel arrangements as agreed upon with the Client.

Recommendations are made based on availability, pricing, and supplier policies at the time of booking.
2. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate personal information (names as they appear on passports, dates of birth, contact details, etc.).

Review all confirmations and documents provided and notify AliciaJetSet of any errors within 24 hours.

Maintain valid travel documents (passport, visas, vaccination certificates, etc.) as required for the chosen destination(s).
3. Fees & Payments

Planning/Service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Deposits and final payments are subject to supplier terms and deadlines.

Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of reservations.
4. Cancellations & Changes

All cancellations and changes are subject to supplier rules, fees, and penalties.

AliciaJetSet is not responsible for penalties, fees, or refunds resulting from supplier policies.
5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

If declined, the Client acknowledges they are responsible for any loss of funds, delays, medical expenses, or emergencies.
6. Liability

AliciaJetSet acts as an independent agent for travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.).

AliciaJetSet is not responsible for acts, omissions, or defaults of these suppliers, nor for events beyond their control (natural disasters, strikes, delays, pandemics, etc.).
By accessing or using the services of AliciaJetSet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement, including any applicable supplier terms and conditions.
